Originally founded in 1952, The Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation (PPNF) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) public education corporation. The foundation is committed to protecting, preserving, and disseminating the research of Weston A. Price, DDS, and Francis M. Pottenger, Jr., MD, who each observed and studied the role of whole, living foods in human nutrition.

• Continually republish Dr. Price's epochal work, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, and Dr. Pottenger's book, Pottenger's Cats - A Study in Nutrition.
• Promote the use of foods that have been historically important for achieving and maintaining vibrant health based on the research of Dr. Price, Dr. Pottenger, and other great nutrition pioneers.
•Reach both the public and professionals worldwide with this vital information through our lectures, journal, books, audio/video recordings, and other educational formats.
• Partner with like-minded individuals and organizations who contribute to documented scientific or clinically reproducible research about health and nutrition.
• Maintain a resource library of over 10,000 books and publications that span two centuries with historical and contemporary information on nutrition, lifestyle, food production, and the environment.
• Promote the principle that the quality of our soil and the plant and animal kingdoms determines the physical, mental, and spiritual foundation of mankind.
