I work with people in a one-on-one or two situation (singles, couples, parent and child) within a 6-month program format. We meet twice a month for one hour each time, and 15 minutes of each hour is spent learning how to prepare traditional health-supporting foods (such as lacto-fermented drinks or foods, pate, etc.). The client makes 2-3 changes each time we meet, starts to incorporate the food we've made together into his diet and begins making that food for himself and discusses health challenges and approaches suggested which can enable resolution. The principles of this program are based on the research of Drs. Price and Pottenger. In addition, I use Standard Process herbs and supplements when appropriate, with an eye toward achieving eventual complete or near-complete reliance on food for nutrient-density. Because we work together for 6 months, the changes that clients are able to make are long-lasting and powerful.

In 2002 we had a clinical breakthrough when we began using increased doses of essential fatty acids and phosphatidylcholine orally and intravenously.
