I work with people in a one-on-one or two situation (singles, couples, parent and child) within a 6-month program format. We meet twice a month for one hour each time, and 15 minutes of each hour is spent learning how to prepare traditional health-supporting foods (such as lacto-fermented drinks or foods, pate, etc.).
