Writers Guidelines
- A completed article should be between 800 and 2,000 words. Technical articles should contain appropriate references.
- Appropriate topics include: Nutrition, prevention, natural health, ecology, natural pet care, organic gardening and farming, and healthy food preparation. Please have the content emphasize solutions rather than problems.

- We encourage the writers whose work we support to be members of PPNF.
- Be sure the article is thoroughly proofread and spell-checked.
- Please note that the submission of the article does not ensure that it will be printed.
- Please include a black & white photo (optional) of yourself, or a photo pertinent to your topic (also optional). Photo should be a head shot.
- Also include a condensed biographical write-up on the author, ready for print. Include a contact number or email address (which will be printed at the end of the article if our readers want to contact you).
- Email any photos, the article, and biographical write up (as word documents) and send as an attachment to joan@ppnf.org with subject line to read: “Submitting Article for Journal”.
